REQUIREMENTS:

• Be over 19 (or of legal age in your country/province/state) with two pieces of valid ID, one of which must be photo ID such as a Driver's License, State or Province ID, or  Passport. The second ID can be one of the previous, or can be a birth certificate or social security card.
• Be comfortable and secure with being nude on the internet. You can choose to be partly nude (topless) or fully nude, but must be willing to show some nudity.
• Be able to email us high quality photo galleries at least once a month of at least 35 images.
• Be a big curvy woman and proud of it! whether you identify as plump, thick, chubby, plus size, BBW, super size. We welcome and encourage women of color or of any ethnicity to apply, we also are interested in adult women of ALL ages, we are also interested in queer, kinky, alternative, women, as well as women with disabilities. Curvosity would like to grow to represent DIVERSITY in women of size.  We want YOU.
• NEW - Please note:  We will not accept models that have exclusive contracts with other websites.  We expect models to honour their agreements with other sites.

WHAT WE WILL EXPECT FROM YOU:

We will need you to send photos to us via email in a zipped format.  You will need to send us a minimum of 35 photos once a month, more photos and more frequently is always appreciated. The photos need to be unaltered, do not resize or reformat them in any way, we will edit them for you.  We prefer that photos show your whole body, some close up shots are okay, but make the majority capture your whole form.  Each set of photos should have a theme, they should be relatable to each other, tell the viewer some kind of story, whether it's a strip tease, playing with toys, being outdoors, cooking in the nude, be creative! Have fun with it and come up with things that you feel represent you.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US:

We will respect your limits, your person, and your rights. We will not share your private information with anyone without your permission. We will not sell or redistribute your photos; they will be used exclusively on our websites. We will do our best to present you in a positive and dignified and empowering manner.  We will do our best to help you get what you want out of this experience whether that is a source of income, or of fun, or empowerment, or all of these things.  We will of course set up a free membership to the site so you can see your section in the members areas as well as what other girls are doing. If you want to have a journal hosted on our site, or want us to link to an existing journal we'll be happy to. and you are free to use the Curvosity Girl logo all over the frigg'n place if you like. 

FAQ SECTION - PLEASE READ EVERYTHING!:

How many photos are needed?  What about video? Webcams? What if I I'm late sending photos in? What if I can't come up with any ideas for photos?
Ideally you need to send in a complete set of digital photos (we do not take print images) every month.  More is better. Each photoset should have at least 35 photos.  Again, more is better.  Photos should be sent full size (high resolution) and unedited. Shoots should be fun, creative and showcase your physical beauty as well as your personality.  We also accept video as either AVI, MPG, or WMV files.  Video files should be 640X480 and sent unedited.  We will edit these, and if you wish to have sound edited out, just let us know.  If you want to arrange to have a webcam be part of your section, let us know, we might be able to arrange it.  If you are late sending in photosets now and then, we're not going to drop you as a Curvosity girl, life happens, and we're reasonable.  If you need ideas for photos, or need to let us know that you'll be late with a set our doors are always open, write us and we'll chat about it!

I really like editing my own photos/videos can you please make an exception?
Possibly, we're all about flexibility. You'll need to send in some samples of edited work and we can see if it meshes well with the Curvosity vibe.  If we decide it's okay we'll let you know what dimensions and what guidelines need to be used in photo editing. We still reserve the right to re-edit if we're not happy with what's sent. We do our best at all times to present you in the best possible light, and if we think we can improve it someway, we will.

Will I get paid? How do I get paid? How much do I get paid? Can't you just pay me directly for my photosets?
You will be paid based on the membership signups that go through via your model page.  For every sign up that occurs through your page, 50% of that will go to you.  We use a third party billing system that has an automatic code that will be on the sign up button on your page, to ensure that anyone signing up through it will credit the sale to you. The billing company, Verotel, will mail you a check for your share of the signups from your model page. Checks will be from the Verotel company, and will not mention Curvosity, the internet or the allude to the type of work done. The membership rates we charge are 8.95$ for a weeks trial, which rebills at 15.95$ a month, 18.99$ for one month non-recurring, and 18.95$ a month for a one month trial that rebills at 15.95$ per month.  You not only get half of each signup, but also half of each rebilling, which means if someone signs up for a weeks trial, and continues to be a member for a year, you will continue to receive half of their monthly membership fees for the entire duration they remain a member.  We can't guarantee how much you'll make in this program.   It takes time to build interest and members, and therefore income; be patient and do it mostly because you enjoy it. 

How does advertising work?
We do extensive advertising of the site and the girls, but the girls that have better sales tend to do a lot of self promotion. The more advertising the better!

I already model for a site(s), or would like to model for other sites too,  is that OK?
Absolutely okay! The only thing we insist on is that you do not send us the same photos that will be appearing on other sites. The photo sets you send us must be exclusive, they must be only available on Curvosity.  People undervalue content that they can find easily, they value what is special and unique. If your focus is for income, you're better off modeling for one or two quality sites, and providing unique quality content with which to promote yourself.  If your focus is more for the fun of it, then you can be a little more liberal in the amount of places you model for and share images in.

I belong to a number of online communities and groups that share nude photos, is that OK?
For sure,  spread the big girl pride around! The only thing we ask is that you don't share loads and loads of images that will be used on Curvosity.  A few here and there are fine.  When you do share Curvosity images please share only those of yourself, never of the other models, and always give copyright credit to Curvosity.  For images that aren't going to be used on our site, that's your business, not ours.  You might want to keep in mind though that people usually won't pay for what they can get readily for free.  If money isn't an issue and you just want to flaunt your stuff, go girl! If you're hoping to lure people into your models page for a sign-up, just a little goes a longer way.

I have a boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/partner I want to pose with, can I send those in?
Sure, however anyone appearing in any of the photos, even if it is only a small part of them, we have to have ID information and a model release form from as well, same as you.  It's a legal necessity. In terms of the content of the photos, we do a wide range, softcore, artistic, pin-up, fetish, tease, solo, hardcore couples, lesbian, bisexual, edgy. It's all about what the people in the photos want to do, how you want to express your sexuality and what you find interesting and enjoyable. We're about keeping it real. We don't draw a hard line between what is 'erotica' and what is 'porn', enough with the labels, it's about adults making choices about what they want to show, and what they want to look at.

What other things can I have added to my Curvosity girl page, or get involved with?
We can set you up with your very own journal, hosted through us. We can set you up with a yournamehere@curvosity.com email. There is also a forum on the main website which you can visit and chat with fans and models.  Or if you have ideas on something else, we'd love to hear them!

If I decide to leave the site, will you take down my pictures?
No.  Be sure modeling for Curvosity is something you would really like to do before applying. Once you have signed the model release with us, whatever content you send to us will belong to us legally.  Given the number of models and amount of content we have it is not possible to remove the content once it has been added to the site.  If you decided to leave the site you would no longer receive revenue from the 50/50 revenue share.

How do I apply to be on the site?
Write to us at webmaster@curvosity.com and include in your mail your full name, date of birth, location, and the reason you want to be on Curvosity. Also included 3-5 photos of yourself, these can be edited, and don't need to be nude, they just need to be quality images that represent well how you look.  We will send you an information package and model release to look over.

How long will it take for you to reply to my application?
We try to reply within one week of initially receiving your mail. 

Once you reply, how long before my model release and ID gets to you?
The mail can take between 1 to 6 weeks to get to us from the time you send it, depending on the reliability of the postal service.  The average time has been 3 weeks for most mail sent to us.
